IPO of Aditya Birla Sun Life AMC (ABSLAMC)

ABSLAMC, a subsidiary of the Company, was listed on the stock exchanges in Oct 2021 by raising 2768 crores. Currently, Aditya Birla Capital’s holding in the subsidiary stands at 50% while Sun Life AMC holds 36.5%.

Merger of subsidiaries

The Board of Directors of the co, Aditya Birla Capital Technology Services Limited and Aditya Birla Money Mart Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of the Company have approved the Scheme of Arrangement for the merger of ABMML with ABCTSL.
